In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and use the 888rp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are a natural person who is at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law, or where access is not restricted by court order or regulatory direction;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering the Account solely for your own personal use and entertainment;
• You have not previously had an account suspended, restricted, or closed by 888rp for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity;
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 888rp or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through 888rp's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any responsible gaming authority;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

888rp operates internationally and serves players in Indonesia and other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all locations.

To access the full range of Services offered by 888rp, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, to ensure they remain accurate and current;
• You will not share your account login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account;
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC): 888rp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when there is reasonable suspicion of misuse. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 888rp may result in account suspension or closure.

888rp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 888rp Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following provisions govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Deposits

• 888rp accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI bank transfers, and Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion;
• Deposits are typically credited to your Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank or e-wallet provider;
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation;
• 888rp does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account dashboard, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified;
• Standard withdrawal requests submitted before midnight WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within one to three hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account held in your own name that matches the details registered on your 888rp Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances;
• 888rp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC verification.

888rp offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per User, per household address, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds are credited to the User's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry;
• 888rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus that a User has already accepted and begun wagering against;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no monetary value outside of the Platform;
• Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using automated tools, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.

All games and betting markets available on the 888rp Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each individual product. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the rules applicable to that product.

• All bets placed are final and may not be cancelled by the User once confirmed, except where specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant product;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that interrupts a game or bet in progress, 888rp will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its fair-play policy. The Company's decision on the resolution of interrupted gameplay is final;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game products. These limits may vary by product, market, event, and account status, and are displayed at the point of placing each bet;
• 888rp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that are clearly erroneous as a result of a technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. The User will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their Real Money Balance;
• For sportsbook products, including bandar bola (football bookmaking markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap betting), the settlement rules for each market type are published in the sportsbook rules section accessible within the Platform;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888rp Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, regardless of parental or guardian consent;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any game mechanic;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or false fraud claims to recover funds from legitimately settled bets or fees;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888rp staff, agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the 888rp Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audiovisual elements, and data compilations — is the property of 888rp or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 888rp;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use the 888rp name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

888rp collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support;
• 888rp uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
• Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law;

• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 888rp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888rp does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained therein.

12.1 Termination by the User: You may close your 888rp Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by 888rp: 888rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 888rp reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings, and to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld Real Money Balance will be returned promptly.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888rp holds its primary international gaming licence.

888rp operates under international gaming licences and adheres to internationally recognised standards for online gambling regulation, anti-money-laundering compliance, and player protection. The Company does not represent that the Services are legal in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country or region of residence, including the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising between a User and 888rp that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by 888rp at the time of the dispute.

888rp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888rp will notify registered Users via email or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The revised Terms will include the updated effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.
